CapabilitiesA + Certified technicians have been trained and tested on their ability to recognize and resolve desktop related failures and issues. They will be able to provide quick feedback and a level 1 assessments. - Capability 1
- Our A+ technician will become your desktop service center staff and provide speedy on-site responses and troubleshooting.
- Capability 2
- Because of our technicians training, he/she will be able to understand quickly if an issue should be escalated to the level 2 technicians or handled on the spot. This will improve the efficient use of your in-house resources and reduce overall time a ticket is open.
